Miller Cruise Line Public Health Consultancy & Solutions is a specialized consultancy dedicated to safeguarding the health and well-being of cruise line passengers and crew. With 10+ years (2016-2026) as a Vessel Sanitation Program Inspector (VSP) with deep expertise in maritime public health, we partner with the cruise line industry, shipyards, and vendors to design and implement processes that strive to maintain robust public health practices promoting international compliance, as well as adherence to the 2018 Vessel Sanitation Program Construction Guidelines and the 2025 Environmental Public Health Standards.
